Vortex Simsport is a professional Australian sim racing team competing on the iRacing.com platform. Founded in 2021 by Thomas Mitchell and Daniel Boyd, the team was built on a shared passion for competition, precision, and performance in the world of virtual motorsport.

Since entering the iRacing scene, Vortex Simsport has delivered strong results across top-tier Australasian and North American leagues. A key milestone for the team came during the 2023/2024 iRacing Thrustmaster World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, where Nathan Van De Wakker proudly represented Vortex Simsport in the Larsa Lift Trucks & Wide Open Clothing #89.

With a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement, Vortex Simsport strives to compete at the highest level of sim racing — both on and off the track.
